This Gin reminded us of drinking cocktails in a mountain ski lodge.

Bright, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of candied citrus zest, honeysuckle, peppermint, and sandalwood with supporting notes of juniper, mineral, and bees wax. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering an orange peel-driven core with flavors akin to juniper and candied citrus zest. The finish is dry. Medium to full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a vibrant texture.
