Bright, pale golden color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of mineral, earth, candied ginger, and cereal with supporting notes of gingerbread, fruitcake, dried fruits, and baking spices. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a butterscotch-driven core with flavors of marzipan, meringue, honey, and cereal. The finish is dry. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a viscous texture.
