Bright, deep golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of charred oak, marzipan, apricot stone, vanilla bean, and baking spices with supporting notes of date, pecan, and butterscotch. The palate is softer than the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with supporting flavors of charred oak, baking spices, crème brulee, vanilla bean, and stone fruit. The finish is dry yet lingering. Medium to full-bodied and favorably balanced with a chewy texture and a drier finish.
