Brilliant, medium copper/bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of fruitcake, ginger, dried fruits, oak, cinnamon, and coffee with supporting notes of baking spices, cola nut, and mocha. The palate echoes the nose delivering a cereal-driven core with supporting flavors of molasses, dried fruits, baking spices, apricot, oak, and dark roast coffee. The finish is long. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with a silky texture.
