Bumbu The Original Spiced Rum

Use in a frozen tropical flavored Daiquiri — banana and pineapple are good foils.

The judges loved the banana and tropical flavors but wanted more spices frequently found in Spiced Rums.

Bright, deep garnet color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of baking spices, dark chocolate, and honey with supporting notes of baking spices. The palate echoes the nose delivering a butterscotch-driven core with flavors akin to almonds, cashew butter, orange, and pecan. The finish is sweet. Medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a creamy texture.
