Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of lemon curd and tropical fruit with supporting notes of grass and anise. The palate echoes the nose delivering a vanilla-driven core with supporting flavors of tropical fruit, blanched almonds, and citrus. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and favorably balanced with a silky texture.
