The judges loved the balance of flavors with spice and baked agave in perfect measure.

Bright, light golden color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of cooked agave, honey, pink peppercorn, vanilla bean, and baking spices with supporting notes of oak and crème brulee. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with supporting flavors of baking spices, marzipan, vanilla bean, mineral, and brown sugar. The finish is dry. Medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a supple texture.
