Serve chilled or in classic Gin cocktails like the Martini (of course), a Vesper, and a Gin & Tonic.

The judges loved the idea of sipping this Gin chilled or neat alongside fresh shellfish.

Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of juniper, fresh herbs, and citrus zest with supporting notes of mint and orange peel. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a juniper-driven core with flavors akin to lemon zest, mint, and green tea. The finish is dry. Medium-bodied and largely balanced with a vibrant texture.
