Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of cinnamon, fruitcake, vanilla bean, and baking spices with supporting notes of brioche, marzipan, and baked apple. The palate echoes the nose delivering a cinnamon-driven core with supporting flavors of baked apple, candied, ginger, baking spices, vanilla, and dried fruits. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and favorably balanced with an opulent texture.
