Bright, crystal clear. The nose is subtle, offering scents of juniper, fresh herbs, clay, and lemon with supporting notes of thyme, fennel, orange blossom, and orange. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a juniper-driven core with flavors akin to lime and coriander. The finish is dry. Medium to full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a supple texture.
