Bright, pale golden color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of cereal, orange blossom, and red plum with supporting notes of baking spices, dried fruits, toffee, and fruitcake. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a malted barley-driven core with flavors of baked apple, crème brulee, and toffee. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a velvety texture.
