The judges loved the note of sea influence and salinity and found to be balanced and exemplary of the category.

Bright, pale golden color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of mineral, slate, earth, and cereal with supporting notes of baking spices, dried fruits, orange blossom, and iodine. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a cereal-driven core with flavors of crème brulee, hazelnut, mocha, and honey. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and nicely balanced with a silky texture.
