Bright, light golden color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of agave, black pepper, quince, and apricot stone with supporting notes of meringue, campfire, and vanilla. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with supporting flavors of dried fruits, candied ginger, and mineral. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with a silky texture.
