The judges liked the spice flavors but wanted more body and a bolder notes of the sea.

Opaque, medium crimson color. The aromatics are intense, giving scents of earthy tomato and sea salt with supporting notes of citrus. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a tomato juice-driven core with flavors akin to celery and hints of honey. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a supple texture.
