DeGroff New World Amaro

The great clove flavors give a concentrated intensity to this Amaro.

Brilliant, dark mahogany color being nearly opaque. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of coffee, black plum, eucalyptus, clove, fruitcake, five spice, and baking spices with supporting notes of star anise. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors akin to coffee, eucalyptus, fruitcake, candied citrus, and baking spices. The finish is dry. Light to medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a rich texture.
