Dogfish Head Compelling Gin

This Gin would be great sipped chilled and served up Genever style. This Gin could also really pop in a sour like a White Lady, French 75, or Ramos Fizz.

The judges loved the complex and bountiful flavors and remarked on its balance and distinctive flavors.

Brilliant, light clear color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of chamomile, honeysuckle, citrus, and orange blossom with supporting notes of juniper, dried herbs, and ginger biscuits. The palate echoes the nose delivering an earth-driven core with supporting flavors of candied citrus zest, sea salt, mineral, spice, and honeysuckle. The finish is sweet. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with a viscous texture.
