Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of green bell pepper and grass with supporting notes of jalapeño and red bell pepper. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a grass-driven core with flavors akin to green apple and jalapeño. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a chewy texture.
