Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is subtle, offering scents of mandarin, almonds, and agave with supporting notes of sandalwood and earth. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a grass-driven core with supporting flavors of sea salt, clay, and dried herbs. The finish is slightly bitter. Light to medium-bodied and substantially balanced with a waxy texture.
