Bright, pale chestnut color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of agave, toast, and raisin with supporting notes of roasted nuts, vanilla, and mineral. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors of marzipan, crème brulee, clove, and ginger biscuits. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a vibrant texture.
