Brilliant, pale amber color. The aromatics are quite faint, offering subtle scents of crème brulee, clove, vanilla bean, and brown sugar with supporting notes of agave, marzipan, and caramel. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors of gingerbread and grains. The finish is hot. Medium-bodied and out of balance with an oily texture.
