Bright, medium mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of allspice, charred oak, dried fruits, and banana bread with supporting notes of vanilla bean, baked apple, and peach. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering an oak-driven core with flavors of baking spices, red cherry, and fruitcake. The finish is dry. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a chewy texture.
