Bright, medium mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of baking spices, charred oak, chocolate, and cocoa with supporting notes of coffee, leather, brown sugar, and vanilla bean. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering an oak-driven core with flavors of baking spices, baked apple, vanilla bean, butterscotch, and marzipan. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a voluptuous texture.
