Bright, medium copper/bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of banana, red cherry, and caramel with supporting notes of date, treacle, green apple, and roasted nuts. The palate echoes the nose delivering a rich, toasted cereal-driven core with supporting flavors of smoked meat, dark chocolate, date, and cinnamon. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with a meaty texture.
