Bright, medium copper color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of baked apple, cinnamon, toffee, and oak with supporting notes of dark chocolate, sour cherry, and caramel. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a toffee-driven core with supporting flavors of cereal, fig, dried fruits, and vanilla. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and favorably balanced with a velvety texture.
