The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of black currant, baking spices, fruitcake, leather, cereal, and cigar box with supporting notes of ginger biscuits and caramel. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a cinnamon-driven core with flavors reminiscent of leather, maple syrup, almonds, baking spices, banana bread, and dried fruits. The finish is long. Full-bodied and flawlessly balanced with a silky texture.
