The Port casks are the star of the show with the rich Bourbon playing the perfect supporting role.

Bright, deep tawny/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of dried fruits, banana bread, and treacle with supporting notes of raisin, honey, and cereal. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a toffee-driven core with flavors of butterscotch, grains, black pepper, and cured meat. The finish is dry. Full-bodied and substantially balanced with a chewy texture.
