The judges loved the generous spirit of this Bourbon.

Bright, deep mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of oak, peach, nutmeg, baking spices, and pecan with supporting notes of roasted nuts, pecan, fruitcake, and corn/maize. The palate echoes the nose delivering a baked apple-driven core with supporting flavors of black cherry, raisin, vanilla bean, and charred oak. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with a chewy texture.
