Brilliant, medium copper/bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of dried fruits, apricot, malted barley, and red currant with supporting notes of charred oak, honey, and baking spices. The palate is softer than the nose delivering a malted barley-driven core with supporting flavors of oak, date, orange peel, and red berries. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and substantially balanced with a silky texture.
