Brilliant, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of molasses, baked apple, cinnamon, gingerbread, and sultanas with supporting notes of oak, blanched almonds, and nougat. The palate is softer than the nose delivering a dried fruits-driven core with flavors reminiscent of baking spices, malted barley, caramel, and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and largely balanced with a velvety texture.
