Brilliant, medium rose gold color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of dried fruits, vanilla, and slate with supporting notes of black currant and cinnamon. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a malted barley-driven core with flavors reminiscent of butterscotch, quince, ginger biscuits, and red currant. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a supple texture.
