The judges loved the beautiful Brandy base and the complex orange notes.

Brilliant, deep golden/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of orange, orange peel, and candied ginger with supporting notes of Brandy and cigar box. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering an orange-driven core with flavors akin to Cognac, and dried fruits, and oak. The finish is long and semisweet. Medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a juicy texture.
