Highclere Castle London Dry Gin

This is an amazing Martini Gin. It would be great chilled with just a splash of a modifier. It could also stand up wonderfully in a Negroni with many culinary applications as well.

Judges say the loved the minerality on the top and bottom, with a great, pleasing astringency.

Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of juniper, lemongrass, and chamomile with supporting notes of cucumber, lavender, grass, and mineral. The palate is softer than the nose delivering an earth-driven core with flavors of juniper, slate, and jasmine. The finish is dry. Medium to full-bodied and largely balanced with a vibrant texture.
