Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of wild flowers, stone fruits, and blanched almonds with supporting notes of sudachi and straw. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a melon-driven core with flavors of lemon zest, apricot stone, thyme, and bees wax. The finish is long. Light to medium-bodied and impeccably balanced with a vibrant texture.
