Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of ginger and lemongrass with supporting notes of citrus zest and honeydew. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ginger-driven core with flavors of ginger biscuits, tropical lime, and candied citrus zest. The finish is long. Light to medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a succulent texture.
