Brilliant, medium copper color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of cedar, toffee, caramel, corn/maize, and forest floor with supporting notes of walnut and brioche. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a toffee-driven core with flavors reminiscent of clove, walnut, baking spices, and almonds. The finish is long. Full-bodied and largely balanced with a meaty texture.
