The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of baked apple, baking spices, cereal, banana bread, and dried fruits with supporting notes of marzipan, maple syrup, and leather. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a roasted nuts-driven core with flavors of almonds, marzipan, baking spices, charred oak, and molasses. The finish is long. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a velvety texture.
