Hazy, medium yellow color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of lemon curd and citrus zest with supporting notes of sweet lemongrass and honeysuckle. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a lemon-driven core with flavors reminiscent of lemon curd, citrus oil, and soft pepper and sea accents. The finish is long and lingering being both juicy and refreshing. Medium-bodied and flawlessly balanced with a vibrant texture.
