Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of green melon, straw, and honey with supporting notes of lemon zest. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a grass-driven core with flavors of sea salt, smoke, agave, and bacon. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a juicy texture.
