This artisan Mezcal is both rustic and refined while being quite dry.

Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of agave, citrus zest, lime, and smoke with supporting notes of cantaloupe and wild flowers. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors of citrus, citrus zest, red grapefruit, green melon, and tropical fruit. The finish is dry and crisp. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a juicy texture.
