Brilliant, light chestnut color. The aromatics are intense, offering aromas of oak, Sherry, and cereal with supporting notes of pear, vanilla, apricot stone, and maple syrup. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a pear-driven core with supporting flavors of vanilla, Sherry, and hazelnut. The finish is long. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with a chewy texture.
