Bright, medium copper color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of maple syrup, treacle, black tea, baking spices, charred oak, and fruitcake with supporting notes of molasses and caramel. The palate confirms the nose delivering a honey-driven core with supporting flavors of crème brulee, baking spices, cocoa, oak, cereal, and caramel. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a creamy texture.
