Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of star anise, lime zest, and dried thyme with supporting notes of fenugreek and hints of green peppercorns. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering an anise-driven core with raw sugar and ample hints of baking spices and black pepper. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and substantially balanced with a viscous texture.
