A superb and textbook example of a pure Tobalá Mezcal.

Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of agave and smoke with supporting notes of earth and lemon zest. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors akin to smoke, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, and tropical fruit. The finish is long. Full-bodied and substantially balanced with a chewy texture.
