Mr. Pickles Gin

This Gin would be good in a Martini or simply served over ice with a bit of citrus peel. It would also be perfect for a Holland House cocktail.

The judges loved the balance of fruit and spice with a pleasing viscosity.

Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of juniper, straw, chamomile, coriander, lemon zest, and mineral with supporting notes of clay and gooseberry. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a juniper-driven core with flavors of melon, citrus, orange blossom, and dried herbs. The finish is sweet. Medium to full-bodied and ideally balanced with a velvety texture.
