The judges loved the complex fruit aromatics and flavors.

Bright, light yellow color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of sudachi and pear with supporting notes of quince and honeysuckle. The palate echoes the nose delivering a melon-driven core with supporting flavors of passion fruit, peach, kumquat, and honeydew. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and favorably balanced with a viscous texture.
