Bright, pale golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of smoke, cereal, baked apple, and apricot with supporting notes of ginger, black tea, and dried fruits. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a cereal-driven core with flavors akin to almonds, dried fruits, mineral, and toasted grains. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a silky texture.
