The best application seems to be as a secondary/modifying spirit to agave spirits particularly, or possibly American corn whiskies.

Judges think it's a fun spirit that's exactly as advertised with notes of cooked corn, in a well made spirit.

Bright, pale golden/coral color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of agave, chamomile, honeysuckle, orange peel, and tropical fruit with supporting notes of toasted coconut, wild honey, and hints of caramel. The palate echoes the nose delivering a roasted corn-driven core with supporting flavors of baked tropical fruits and grilled lemons. The finish is long. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a fat texture.
