The judges had mixed feelings about the cane spirit notes but those who loved it won the battle.

Hazy, pale coconut water color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of Cane Rum and citrus zest with supporting notes of grass and lime zest. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a citrus-driven core with flavors of citrus zest, cilantro, and salt. The finish is crisp. Light to medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a vibrant texture.
