Novo Fogo Mango (RTD)

Serve chilled — avoid pouring over ice as this would mute the flavors.

The judges loved the mango-forward nose and the silky, balanced finish.

Cloudy, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of mango and star fruit with supporting notes of citrus and straw. The palate echoes the nose delivering a tropical fruit-driven core with supporting flavors of sudachi, kumquat, and lime leaf. The finish is long and lingering. Light to medium-bodied and favorably balanced with a juicy texture.
