Novo Fogo Passion Fruit (RTD)

Serve chilled or over ice perhaps with a wedge of lime.

The judges were split on this one with some loving the wild cane spirit aromatics while others were not as pleased.

Cloudy, pale golden color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of Cane Rum, lime zest, and jasmine with supporting notes of passion fruit and lemongrass. The palate confirms the nose delivering a tropical fruit-driven core with flavors of chamomile, grapefruit, and guava. The finish is long and lingering. Light to medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a supple texture.
